I do casual work as a trolley pusher, while hours can vary at times, I generally work 15 hours a week. On top of that, I also receive Centrelink, so I always have a stable source of income. I also have savings in case of emergencys.
I've been living in both shared house rentals and currently living alone in a studio apartment, so I have experience with living with others and renting.

Important personal qualities
Communication and teamwork is most important for me with roommates. I want a home where at the end of the day, everyone feels safe to be themselves, and communicate about issues in the household openly to maintain a harmonious household.
I think this could include have regular house meetings and a rotating chore chart so things will remain fair, equal and consistent. Of course, I know this might not work for everyone, and thats where communication and teamwork comes in so that we together and find solutions that do work.

Food sharing and furniture
I don't have alot of furniture, having lived alone this past year, but I have savings and might be able to get in contact with some charities to get furniture as well if none of us have it.
Description of pets
I have a senior chihuahua named Lilly, she's very sweet, although a bit skittish at first meeting people, but will eventually warm up to you. She's very friendly with other dogs and cats, and will get along with other dog friendly pets you have.
