Howdy, I'm Drew (nonbinary, they/them pronouns, 25, neurodiverse)! Looking to team up with someone like-minded to find a home in the northern suburbs.
I have a steady income through the Disability Support Pension, a diploma in Visual Art, and am planning on studying Education Support part-time starting next year. I’m generally pretty quiet and like to maintain a more peaceful household, but am always down for a chat in the kitchen :) I’m a huge D&D nerd and love creative projects and going out to concerts! I don’t drink or smoke, but am cool if you do – would just like to keep any smoking outdoors as I have pretty bad asthma.
I also have a cat, Harley, who’s very friendly and will warm up to you right away, though she doesn’t get along well with other pets and she’s strictly indoors only (she’s 11 and very stupid so she WILL hurt herself).

Important personal qualities
I'd love a flatmate who (even if you're not necessarily organized) is willing to have systems like cleaning schedules and chore lists in place, as I'm someone who really benefits from those things. Would also appreciate a heads up in advance where possible if you're going to have company over, and I'd rather not be a party house or host someone's S/O all the time.
Food sharing and furniture
When it comes to food I'm happy to share the essentials and things like spices and condiments, though would prefer to keep other stuff separate just so I can plan my meals ahead. Don't currently have living room furniture, but I'd be happy to split the furnishing responsibilities so we can get new stuff that goes together in the space (while still knowing who owns what if/when we go our separate ways)!
