Hi there,
My name is Jack Benge (my friends call me Bengie). I am a 32 year old male currently looking for a place to live in Brisbane. I have to be out of my current house by the end of October, so looking for something reasonably soon.
I moved here at the end of April from New Zealand and have landed a job as a Personal Banker at Bendigo Bank with some relief work meaning I will ideally be looking for a place with a parking space for a car too. I did time my move from New Zealand specifically to avoid the Brisbane summer as I don't do great in the heat. As such, I would love to find a place with air-conditioning, preferably in the bedroom and hopefully double-glazed windows and some insulation too.
I enjoy getting out and exploring especially as I will be in a new city. Roadtrips are the best. Also enjoy time at home as well, have several gaming consoles and enjoy my movies and TV shows as well.
I am an easy-going, clean and tidy, and am always on time when it comes to paying rent.

I am pretty easy-going when it comes to most things and am ideally looking for some one the same. I am a clean person and always tidy up after myself. I have just built a house back in New Zealand that I am currently renting out so I know about respecting a house. I am a big person with a big personality, I like socialising and having fun, if you are looking for someone quiet I may not be the person for you.
Food sharing and furniture
I am very easy when it comes to food. I love cooking and am willing to cook for the flat or just myself if you prefer to keep it that way. I have no furniture with me but have no problem buying some if the need arises.
