Friends are welcome, just not party vibes.
I work full-time at a tech company, mostly from home… unless the office menu tempts me out.
Currently looking to move out because, well, black mould isn’t exactly the vibe. Renting solo right now feels like its own tax category and form of punishment, so I’m putting some feelers out to see if anyone else is in the same boat and keen to team up. Im a little flexible with move in date but need to find somewhere by first week of May!!
I’ve got a fully furnished 2-bed apartment and a cat (who is shy but loves a sneaky pet total mumma’s girl). I work from home, so I’m picky about good natural light, outdoor flow, and spots for the cat to spy on the world. Looking at Lower North, East, Manly, etc (literally anywhere decent if I’m honest). If I’m open to spending $700 solo, maybe someone in the same boat would be down to split and find an even better spot while saving some $$! Dream wish list would to have one other person and get a three bed so we could use as an office - I’m open to paying more for this
