Hey! I am James, I am 30 years old and relocating from London, UK to Sydney solo. I am originally from Worcestshire (basically Birmingham) and I am looking for a room in Manly, Sydney for approx.4-5 month initially, however this may change depending on arrangements etc.
I have been travelling for 4 months between my relocation around SE Asia and NZL, its been incredible!
I am an active person and will be out and about a lot, whether its at the gym, doing jiu jitsu, running or now going to the beach! However love a trip to the pub, a bottle of wine, cooking and a movie or board game.
I am very relaxed, tidy, respectful and easy to live with (my last house mate was heart broken when I left London, he can be my reference if needed!)
I am a chartered quantity surveyor by trade and have been doing this for 10 years, so I will be looking to start work in a similar role in Sydney. This will likely be a majority office based role, so I don't think I will be working from home much.
