About this person
Hi, we are Anna and Damian a couple in our late 20s looking for a house share with our friendly kelpie cross Nelly. We work full time as a physio and engineer with lots of shared house experience and always pay rent on time. We are great communicators, respectful of others space, clean, take initiative e.g. restock toilet paper, happy to do communal dinners/nights but also understand the need for personal space. We try and live sustainably turning off lights when not in use and rarely use heating/cooling and don’t take forever in the bathroom. We both take care of our health and fitness with Damian going to the gym most nights and Anna doing Pilates or walking Nelly. We are keen to start salsa dancing and trivia if you’d like to join us. We love having a quite night in, cooking a meal, reading a book but love to go for a hike, adventure on the weekend. Anna loves gardening and is happy to do the garden maintenance if there is space would love to set up a veggie garden. We’d love a house with lots of natural light, a garden/outdoor area for Nelly and ideally not to far from a beach.
Important personal qualities
We are a clean, respectful, house proud, friendly couple with lots of share house experience. Good open communication goes a long way and we are happy to interact as much as other housemates would like to. Reading the room as both of us now the feeling of a busy stressful day. We take initiative and happy to pitch in for communal tasks/items e.g. toilet paper, dish washing. We are sustainable as well trying to save on water and electricity bills and Anna has a worm farm for all veggie/fruit scraps :)
Food sharing and furniture
Happy to do a weekly housemate dinner could even do a monthly/weekly market shop if others are keen. Vegan couple and Anna is coeliac and low FODMAP. Happy for others to cook/eat meat around us, our parents are both farmers and we don’t preach to others.
Have some indoor plants (can stay in own room), queen bed, kitchen table, small couch, desk, lawn mower, microwave, kettle, cutlery, outdoor furniture, board games, plates, glasses, cups, rug and coffee table, air fryer, pots/pans. Happy to bring/leave whatever and also contribute to house furniture/appliances.

Description of pets
Nelly - 1year old rescue kelpie. Was found abandoned on the street at 8weeks. Is very friendly to all people and dogs loves a cuddle and pat. Is outside during the day and could be a full outside dog. Used to being home alone when we are at work. Is not a barker. Gets walked x2 daily 40mins before and after work then 20mins of play time/training. Not good with cats and pocket pets. Goes to my parents farm if we are away.
