Important personal qualities
I am looking for flatmates who are easy going, friendly, respectful and clean. People who could hang out sometimes over a meal, a drink or two, or even go out for a surf etc., but also give each other space when needed. I'll have my own friends so no need to depend on this.

Food sharing and furniture
I am a Pescatarian ie. No meat but seafood ok. But I have no problems with meat being cooked around me etc. I used to eat meat and used to living with others who do etc. I don't find it offensive at all.
I try to eat in but go out for a few meals.
