About the occupants
Two other occupants. Myself F aged 51 , working 30 plus hrs a week and a M aged 70 works 5am-5pm Mon- Fri and keeps to himself and in own room unless outside for a smoke or making a coffee . Polite and pleasant . Single parent male or female with 1 young child welcome to apply if you’re happy to share your room or pay a little more and I’ll swap so you can have the master as I have 4 kids ( adult ) and 6 grandchildren I babysit one every Monday from 8am -8 pm and love having little ones around . Children’s noise doesn’t stress or bother me especially when it’s giggling and the dog loves them as well ( although I’ve never and would not ever leave him unsupervised ) .
Compatible people
. I’m not always tidy I get in late and sometimes just dump my stuff in the lounge to deal with the following day and I don’t expect to be picked up after but i also don’t want to have to wipe down a table and oventop every evening that I never use because the person using it believes I’m also their housemaid. Just tidy up after yourself and I’ll be happy to take care of the floors , bathroom and lawns .
