Hey there,

I am advertising on behalf of my housemate as I will be moving out soon. You will be sharing with Will who is a 31 yr old male, who works full time as a tradie. He is a tidy, respectful and down to earth individual who is looking for the same in his housemates.

We have 2 x rooms available, one with a built in wardrobe and one without a built in wardrobe.

You would only need to bring your own bedroom furniture and the rest of the house is furnished.

Located pretty much central to everything, about 20 mins to the city via car, less than 10 mins to the beach.

Shops, gyms, located near also.

There is a $500 bond also to be paid when moving in. This will be returned to you when you move out if your room is in the condition of when you first moved in. 😊
