About the property
Our share house is a friendly and inviting space where good vibes thrive! Enjoy a spacious lounge, a big backyard, and a lovely walking trail right behind the house. With all the amenities you need—like laundry, unlimited internet, and great housemates—it's the perfect place to call home! :)

4-bedroom house with 3 friendly people currently living here. We have one roommate moving out, so the room will most likely be available around mid to late November—exact date TBD, but it should be sometime in November. You’ll share the bathroom and toilet with 2 others, and we have a full laundry with a washing machine for your convenience. We also offer unlimited cable internet! Rent is $95 per week, plus internet and bills, which we split equally among the 4 of us.

The house features a big backyard, a shed for storage, and a spacious lounge and kitchen. We’re located on a quiet, central street with plenty of parking. Plus, there’s a lovely nature walking trail just behind the house—perfect for a stroll or some fresh air!

We’re a chill bunch here! Everyone buys their own food and cleans up after themselves, but we love to have fun together too—whether it’s a games night, a BBQ in the backyard, or just hanging out over drinks. We respect each other’s space and time, but we’re always up for a good chat. There’s also some room for storage in the shed.
