Female only. Respectful, clean and tidy. Comfortable with dogs as you’ll be living with a 3 year old Groodle and occasional visits from the owner’s 4 year old Cocker Spaniel x Poodle. Unfortunately no more dogs allowed. No cats sorry, due to the owners wishes plus I’m allergic. Shift workers welcome. Ideally would love some roommates aged 25-38.

Also either the ability to move or at least start paying rent as soon as possible would be highly advantageous as I’m currently covering rent for my room plus Room 3. Actual date is flexible.
