Sunny room with plenty windows, queen bed gaming desk, wardrobe and 2 sets of drawers. Ceiling fan. Old Queenslander house so plenty of quirks but clean and well kept. Gas stove. And plenty small appliances. ALL bills included, including internet. We are early to rise and early to bed /shift workers. Not a party house and no loud noise etc as part of complex and elderly neighbour. Car port under very large deck. Iam a postal worker in my 60s and have had all my flatmates sorry to go. I supply basics detergent/laundry/basic foods etc/ you will receive a list of what I supply. We are friendly and happy 😃 people and like to keep it that way..

Hi, my name is Melanie iam a fairly spritely 65yo. Still working and love my plants and little garden area. My old dog Pep is extremely friendly and loves the company. Will always be happy to see you when you get home. I supply a lot of basic items which I will supply a list for. I do your laundry for you, and clean the house which includes setting beds if needed. We have only one set of rules and that’s clean up after yourself. We have the odd chat drink and eat together. But for the most we just respect each other’s boundaries. TRUST is big on my agenda as all I have is what you see. Iam the only one on lease and I sublease with owner’s permission. All I ask is respect . Applicant must be working or work/study.
