Description of the home

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house, with an ensuite bathroom and main bathroom (recent renovations). The block has a side slope which means that the front door for the upper level (the house described) is entered straight at the footpath/road level (only 2 stairs), and the downstairs residence (where I live) is also accessible directly from the footpath/road. There are no interior stairs. You generally don't see much of me, as my office and living occurs almost entirely downstairs. It is a sizeable block with plenty of privacy. There is an under cover BBQ area immediately adjacent the dinning room area. Laundry, clothes line, high fence & gate. The dog is small (very well behaved). A 400m walk to bus stop & 15 min drive to the CBD. Shops close by.

Currently 2 couples are here for a few weeks only. A very pleasant part of Brisbane, adjacent bushland with singing birds. Fully furnished with usual kitchen devices.
