Home Description
Description of the home
Hello people of Brissie!!! We are offering a beautiful room in our happy house in St Lucia.
Perfect for any UQ student, due to its desirable location close to Guyatt Park, close to 412 (BUZ) bus stop and Guyatt Park ferry stop, only 20 min walk to UQ and 15 min walk to Toowong Village shopping complex.
The kitchen is fully equipped with various appliances, cooking & dining items, etc. There’s a lovely sunroom/dining beside the kitchen. We also have beautiful gardens. Note that we don’t have a living room, but we do have a very cool music/TV/games den downstairs that doubles as an occasional guest room. A second bathroom is available downstairs for use when needed.
You'll be sharing the house with 4 other people, currently all studying and/or working. It's not a party house, but a relaxed, happy, friendly & sociable vibe. We like a chat as well as our personal space at times. We love to cook and share the occasional meal. We’re responsible, respectful & clean. We all contribute to shared expenses and keeping the place homely. We're a mix of internationals and locals… plus you!!
The lease ends in January next year and we're looking for someone to stay until then, but we offer a 2-month trial period. At this stage, will likely be renewing the lease if offered it.
Please note, if you decide to take the room, you'll need to submit an application to the agent for approval before moving in. This could take up to 5 business days.
Sorry, we are unable to accept couples, pets or smokers. :)
