There is a WiFi extender in the bathroom next door and 2 power line adapters in the room. There is a door connecting to the bathroom and there is a balcony by the room. The wardrobe will be emptied upon occupancy.
It's a 15 mins walk to Aspley hypermarket and T-bones fresh market. There are several bus stops around the area. Flatmate is welcome to use my cooking utensils and kitchen gear and crockery. Happy to share any items in the interim if needed as well.

Some points to note: My kids will pop in from time to time. Hope you enjoy plants and can excuse the mess when I have plant stuff to do at home. My partner who lives overseas will pop in for short periods at a time. Will definitely inform you when she is popping in for a visit.
