She's friendly, respectful, and super easy going. She's an accountant in her late 30's (Also hoping to find someone around 30ish to 45ish?) - Despite her age & job she's a ball of fun 😬
The house is 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms. The house comes with 2 carparks (Garage & driveway)
The entire Townhouse except your bedroom is furnished.
My roommate has 2 very sweet and friendly cats.
Rent is $330 per week. Not including other utilities.
Bond is $1200.
