Newly renovated home in Sandgate with 3 bedrooms. Walkable to the water, nature reserve or shops. If you are feeling lazy, there are also scooters and plenty of parking near the station. Sandgate has a village with shops and is only 15min to the airport. Cross the bridge to Redcliff and you have accessible beaches just 15min away.
This is a self-contained home on a sloping block. There is a self contained area upstairs where a couple reside. Ideally, there will be two people sharing the self-contained space downstairs. Yes, there is sound proofing.
The home has a front garden and outdoor space for BBQs or outdoor dining.
