One Bathroom will be shared with one other person & is always kept extremely clean and tidy.

Less than 1km from shops & an 8 min to Westfield chermside.

Looking to find someone who is also extremely clean, tidy and easy to get along with.

Have little Cat ages 5 years, she's super lovely.

Rent is due each week on a Monday ($280)

Bond is $1000 upfront payment, no negotiations please.

No minimum stay. I require a minimum of 2 weeks notice prior to vacating or bond may be forfeited.
Room MUST be left in same condition as found upon moving in giving it a good bond clean for the next person.🙂

Must meet in person before any decision is made.
