About the occupants
I'm the CEO of an international group of companies, head office in Brisbane. I'm 50, live alone, and will not be renting out any other rooms, so you will have lots peace and quiet and privacy. I'm a gym junkie and I'm training 2 hours per day, so I'm gone from 730am to at least 730pm and weekend mornings. I have 2 Great Danes (3yrs) (5 months) so all other times I'm with the dogs in the garden as the house has a lot of land. I work interstate and overseas a few days per month and the person would need to like dogs as they stay at the house when I'm gone noting the studio is totally separate. But I will sometimes have a dog sitter for longer periods away or ask you to feed them please if it's just overnight.
Compatible people
Someone who's respectful of the house as the pool, gym, BBQ area, fire pit etc. are all welcome to be shared. Must be a dog lover as Tango and Whiskey are super friendly but I would ask you once in a while to put some food out if I'm away overnight.
Preferably someone who's not a party animal and likes their peace and quiet, but always up for a chat.
