A two-story home located in a quiet and safe street in Everton park, close to the shops and public transport.
The ground floor with a large studio, private bedroom and bathroom is available for someone clean and tidy. A new kitchenette has been built to the place recently, so you will have your own space for cooking.
It’s unfurnished at the moment but I can provide a book shelf, dining table, seats and a wardrobe.
Safe On-street parking is always available.
