I have a beautiful riverside apartment in ✨Hamilton✨ on the 6th level, where you can see the city lights at night 🌃 and the tall city buildings during the day from our balcony.🏙️ That being said, the city is only 4km away making it very close to the heart of Brisbane.

The local ferry terminal ⛴️ is only 1.5km down the road along the river walk. The bus stop 🚏is 400m away from the apartment, so this combined makes it the perfect location for someone who relys on public transport 🚊or wants to be close to the city.... It really is a beautiful and ideal location!

The room available is a decent size main bedroom which backs onto a beautiful private balcony, encompassing city views with a double mirror sliding doors wardrobe with plenty of space. You'll also be able to enjoy your own private bathroom. It also includes air conditioning making it very comfortable during summer months. ☀️

We also have a rooftop pool with BBQ area and free access to an onsite gym. 🏊‍♀️🏋️‍♂️

You’ll be sharing the apartment with one other female and the rent is currently $375 and bills are spilt 50/50. I’m seeking someone to take over the apartment ASAP (pending real estate approval) as it’s been freshly bond cleaned 🧼 and I have covered the cost of the tenant transfer fee ready for someone to move in! 😊
