Occupant 1 - Woman 45+ - Lives Upstairs
Considerate, works full time, quietish and friendly. When not working - either out on weekends, at an event mid week or home enjoying quiet time.
Occupant 2 - Male 45+ Lives Downstairs - Retired - Works part time - Very tidy. Simple things like walking, a bit of T.V. (yes does watch the football when on - respectful of noise and others. Keeps the grounds and yard tidy.

It's a shared home, so happy in themselves, and knowing the other 2 tenants have a good attitude towards things. If someone wants to say hi and converse great - however - each individual can feel okay in their own space and surroundings doing their own thing.

One small Maltese Shiatzu very clean, not a barking all day dog. Cute and friendly.
