The location is conveniently close to all amenities including public transport, supermarkets, Brisbane City, Brisbane International and Domestic Airport, Universities, movie theatres, shops, restaurants, cafes, and more. Only a short drive from the lovely Portside and Northshore Precedent and Ascot aquatic centre.
The house is an older style lovely Queenslander, offers ample space with separate living areas and balcony x 2 ( one upstairs and one downstairs). I'm upstairs and the person moving in has the downstairs level sharing with one other. The household is friendly, respectful of each others comings and goings, space and noise - meaning is not set up as a party house but a comfortable, ease of living, peaceful environment and surroundings in mind. You'll have your own bathroom that includes toilet, shower and drawers and access to kitchenette as well as access to a fully equipped kitchen upstairs with a stove and oven. The bedroom is currently set up as furnished however can be be unfurnished according to your preference, and there's an additional spare room that can serve as an office if needed with extra storage for convenience. A furnished separate living room and deck area provide extra comfort and relaxation space. With the house being spacious, you'll enjoy plenty of privacy and personal space. As a tidy individual, I ensure cleanliness and the current occupant downstairs is of the same. The property has plenty off street parking but also uncover parking which can be discussed.
