About the occupants
G’day, my name is Tony and I’m searching for a housemate for our 3 bedroom townhouse in Herston. It’s a great neighborhood and there are only 4 townhouses in the complex, all with friendly decent folk in them. We look out for each other.
You would be sharing with myself- 44, male , straight , industrial electrician- and every second week my 12 yo son- he’s a pretty awesome little - we’ll not so little now - dude. Polite , kind and once he gets over any shyness a funny and chatty little bloke.
I live a pretty quiet life, I don’t really drink much anymore but am certainly not adverse to a cold one on a Friday or on the weekend. I do smoke but only outdoors and with the doors shut.
We’ve been pretty lucky with flatmates the last few years and have lived with some awesome folk and are definitely looking to continue the trend.
I’m my spare time I enjoy cooking , reading, collecting guitars and amplifiers, motorcycles, camping and fishing .
If you work late there’s a pretty good chance there will be something tasty waiting for you in the fridge or the oven when you get home too.
Compatible people
What do I value in a flatmate? A sense of humor, respect for those around them, cleanliness , open communication and timely payment of rent.
