New home in Hillcrest. 4 bedrooms. 1 large bedroom available. Separate living area for tenant. Fridge in garage for tenant and everyday items in kitchen fridge. Private bathroom. Own toilet except if occasional family or friend may use it but generally use my ensuite. I have grandchildren that sometimes like a bath if that’s ok by you.
I have 2 senior cavoodles and 3 Devon Rex cats who enjoy outside with a fully cat net closed backyard. Spa in back yard.
