Very typical high set Queenslander. Kitchen Bathroom and bedrooms upstairs with games room down stairs. 2 min walk to train station and 3 min to local shops (Woolworths, Maccas, KFC etc). Almost no gardens just lawn so easy to look after. There is an Outdoor Spa and Cinema with a fire pit. Really nice to relax and use after work but this is not a party house.

My name is Mark and looking to share my house. I work shift work as an aircraft engineer at the Brisbane airport. I'm rather quite and my hobbies are movies and graphic design. I like a beer on my days off and relax around a fire most likely with a movie or two. I like to keep the house clean, it gets messy now and then but its never dirty.

I have a small dog called Nugget who's very well house trained. He is a poodle cross so he doesn't malt or drop hair. He is an indoor dog, he is washed at least once a week and is groomed regularly.
