An old but large home with generously sized bedrooms and functional kitchen and bathrooms. This home is most suited for those looking for a roof over their head for a short period and cheap rent. The house will be demolished in 6-12 months time, but until then it will be tenanted with flatmates. There are 7 bedrooms in total, ranging in size, some with fans, others with aircon. There is a functioning kitchen, a main bathroom to be shared, a second powder room, and an ensuite room. Your rent will depend on the room you take and does not include bills to be shared among the flatmates. There is also plenty of yard and parking space on site, and a large storage shed. If you have a large camper van or trailer that you'd like to park onsite, we can also consider this and agree on a cost as part of your rent.

Just because the house is old, does not mean we don't expect you to respect each other and the space. We're looking for people who are workers or who otherwise have some form of income but need something cheaper in this difficult market. Perhaps it's to get a foot in the door or you need to downsize for a bit while you save. We would be happy to provide you with good appraisals if you are a good and respectful tenant to help you transition into a better place if this is what you're after.

The place is unfurnished, and you're expected to bring your own bedroom furniture at least.
