really nice and big apartment right next to QUT in Kelvin Grove.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so each one of us will have its own toilet, no need to share with no one else.
The room can come with furniture or without, depends on your situation.
The bond is 4 weeks of payments and I’m looking for someone clean and tidy that wants a long term.
I got all the furniture in the house (sofa, TV, table, fridge, etc.
I don’t have pets.
It’s fine to smoke in the balcony (not inside the house).
