As you can see in the floor plan, there is a seperate master bedroom with ensuite and balcony on the top level of the home that will be for rent. This room has a double build in cupboard, reverse cycle air conditioning, private balcony, queen bed ensemble and desk with chair. The common areas include a lounge room and kitchen on the lower level that is shared and is completely fitted out with kitchen and dining wear including air fryer, coffee pod machine, rice cooker, convection oven, microwave, fridge, pots and pans, cutlery and crockery ect. The apartment complex also has a pool, sauna, gym, study space and large garden area with bbq and outdoor dinning. Heaps of restaurants and facilities attached to the building including a Woolworths, Asian grocer, discount store, pharmacy, pathology, GP and more.
