NOTE: ROOMS NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL JANUARY 1st. The home is a lovely, high set, all on one level Kenmore home on a peaceful street. It is a 2 minute walk to the Kersley road shops with Thai restaurant, convenience store and BWS. A 2 minute walk to the bus stop with express services to Indooroopilly and the city. Kenmore Village and Kenmore Plaza are a 2 minute drive away as is Centenary Highway linking you north and south. The home has an open plan kitchen/dining with casual seating and a communal TV. There is outdoor living front and back and a brand new pool with uninterrupted views of Mt. Coot Tha. There are 4 rooms in this house let out in total and we (the owners) are not living here permanently but stay at the house for a few weeks of the year when we are back from overseas.
