Outside there is a pergola with 6 burner BBQ and outdoor seating, a large backyard with swimming pool and Tennis court adjacent to Villa.

Within about 10 to 15 mins there are major shops, shopping center (Brookside), public transport, both train (Ferny Grove & Keperra Stations), and bus with regular services. About 25 to 30 mins from CBD by car and 25 mins by train.
