THE VILLA: itself, is known as Glengarry Private Courts, is not gated but is very secure & quiet, consists of 47 villas and is NOT a Retirement village!! We have a community swimming pool and tennis court. The complex is about 15 mins from The Keperra golf club and as well from the Brisbane State Forest, which has a number of walking & mountain bike trails.
TRANSPORT: Ferny Grove train station is 1 km away, trains every 15 mins (peak, 1/2 hr. Off peak. 20 mins to Central city, the station has excellent parking facilities. By car 20 to 25 mins to the city
Local facilities etc. close by ie, within about maximum 10 mins.

Great Western Shopping Centre - Woolworths, Aldi, medical, dental, speciality shops, Tavern, Hungry Jack, other takeaway shops, Ampol Station, 2 liquor stores.
Brookside Mitchelton - pretty much the same as Gt. Western on a larger scale, as it has Coles & Woollies,Big W, Telstra 4 Banks & The Brook Hotel adjacent.
