Downstairs 2 bedroom self-contained apartment with separate entrance, bathroom living room, deck, and kitchen. Shared Laundry and second office. The house backs onto parkland, with some nice walking tracks, bus stop at the end of the street, and the deck overlooks / nestled in the trees. The distance to local amenities shops / 24 hour gym is 1.5km, Waterfront bars, restaurants and train station is 2.5km. Off-street parking included. Rooms are fully furnished however I can remove the furniture if you prefer.

I live upstairs, with my partner staying over regularly, she has a dog, the dog is fully contained upstairs and isn't able to access the downstairs area. I'm usually pretty busy during the week however am usually up for a beer or something on the weekend or equally happy we do our own things.
