Your living space would be 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and enough space for your own lounge area. Kitchen and laundry would be shared. You would basically have the entire downstairs of the house.

I have two girl french bulldogs (Winnie and Poppy) that are inside dogs so no other pets would be able to come to the property.

Bond would be $2,700 or 6 weeks rent (this can be paid off over time and does not need to be upfront). More details regarding the house itself are listed below.
