$320 week. Master bedroom available in fully furnished share house in Salisbury. Available within 2 weeks of confirmation of intent to move in. The place is beautiful and well maintained.
The room has Air con, an ensuite and walk in robe. Comes furnished with a desk, queen side bed, bedside tables and a set of draws in the walk in robe. Directly next to Griffith Uni (Nathan Campus). Backs on to Toohey forest.. great for walks and spotting nature (I see Koalas quite regularly). Close enough to the city that you can drive in within 15 mins, yet enough out to enjoy the benefits of nature.

Rent includes all bills and house has wifi.
Conservative use of air con is expected because of this. The house also has a shared gym space that tenants are welcome to use. Extra appliances, like a fridge in the room, will cost an extra 10'if wanted.

Looking for a single or couples accepted +$30 per week. Must be, clean, non smoker (not accepted even outside), who is friendly and will respect other housemates and the house itself. Simple roster is already established and yard is taken care of.

To share with 3 others in main house and I live in a seperate dwelling on the property. Housemates are all between 25 and 33 and are a great bunch that either study or work.. mostly both. I (full time PT-40 yrs old)live in a seperate space and only enter the house to maintain the corner garden) Not a party house though people are welcome to have gatherings on the weekend. There is also one large friendly loveable dog who does not enter the house and spends his days joining me at with my work or half heartedly chasing turkeys off the yard. Pet friendly, but only outside.

6 month minimum stay. 3 weeks security and first week rent paid by entry. Rent paid weekly.
