Description of the home

One bedroom available in a secured unit in a complex with swimming pool and garden. This complex is located in the heart of Morningside with easy access to train, bus, restaurants, shops, cinemas etc. The house is approximately 7 min walk (2 minute drive) from the Morningside train station, 2 min walk to the bus stop & 2 minutes drive from Coles & Woolworths. Just 5 minute drive to the Cannon Hill Shopping Centre and 5 kms from the CBD with easy access to the City, & various shopping centres.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. I am looking for a girl housemate who will be occupying the the 3rd bedroom & will be sharing the bathroom/toilet with just one girl.

Bedroom 3 has a single Bed (with mattress and the mattress protector), bed side table, Built in wardrobe & a window which provides good light and ventilation. The bathroom is sparkling clean and has a bath tub. I have my own ensuite so wouldn’t be using your bathroom.

Downstairs is the lounge room, kitchen, toilet, garage and an entertainment area. The house is fully furnished & has all the basic amenities- Fridge, Washing machine, Dish washer, Microwave, Oven, Juicer/Blender, Sofa, TV & a dining table. There is air conditioning in the lounge room, plenty of light during the day & heaps of space & storage. Please note that the bills are not included in the rent. We will be splitting the bills for Electricity & Wifi.
