Looking for flatmate (Either gender) for room in flat.

Good sized bedroom up for grabs with enough room to easily fit a Queen sized bed, two bedside tables and a 50" TV. Room will be unfurnished upon you moving in.

Room comes with both an air conditioning unit and ceiling fan. Room gets direct sun during the winter months and shaded during the hotter summer months.

You will be living with three other people (Including one couple). Four bedroom house however fourth room is used as a study/spare room.

Sharing one large bathroom with one other person with a seperate toilet located both upstairs and downstairs.

Downstairs is a large open plan kitchen and lounge opening out onto a large deck overlooking a deep private pool.
