Description of the home

Brand new home with a continuous developing area. Pallara has a brand new shopping village that has just opened literally 2 minutes drive from the house. Has a gym and all sorts of food and groceries needed. This property is not too far from the city and surrounding areas like Sunnybank, Forest lake, Inala, Browns Plains. It's a good spot to be in. It is a rental property under Brooke Willis, so we will require you to fill out an application form to be under the property (but no wait is required since we already live here). It is a fixed lease agreement. Bond is covered we won't add you under the bond. There is a bus stop out on the main road which is a few minutes walk from the property. We do advise you MUST buy your own mini fridge - we recommend going to Costco as they have huge value for quality mini fridges as low as $170 to $300 (as we are not charging bond, it should be relatively easy to afford). As we cook a lot and meal prep for our busy weeks, which takes up all of the space in our own fridge. We recommend you bring your own kitchen utensils just for hygiene purposes. We do offer use of our microwave and laundry washer (Provided we clear out some rules and respected use).

Bills and expenses

Bills are usually divided evenly. But, depending on usage we adjust accordingly. That obviously only applies to water, gas, and electricity. It won't be substantial but we will discuss it prior to moving in for better transparency and understanding. We have internet (Superfast NBN plan = $109 Monthly), gas and water (~$90-150, ~$80-140, every 3 months). Electricity (~$100-200, Monthly). These are our averages depending on usage. These numbers divided by 3-4 people is really affordable. :)
