I am moving out of my 4 bedroom place in Redland Bay and needing someone to take over from me. It is a 4 bedroom house with just one other girl who is a full time hairdresser. It is a newer place in developed area; you would have 2 bedrooms to yourself, your own bathroom (shower and bath)/toilet and own loungeroom and $250 a week. My housemate is in her early 30s and works full time as a hairdresser (owns the salon), and on the weekends is at her partners so I have always basically had the place to myself! She is very tidy, and both likes to socialise with a glass of wine but also enjoys her own space and respects other peoples.
Only reason I am moving is due to unforeseen changes in my work recently, and will need to move in the next 1-2 weeks.
