A furnished unit with a furnished bedroom, tidy, clean. With a weekly cleaner. It's small but has a sunroom with 20' window/doors. We are very close to Taigum shopping centre, a central bus route. A little further from Zillmere train station. I have an ensuite. The vacant room has a bathroom and shares with the laundry. The room has door locks on the inside, so does the bathroom. Wifi is in the rent.

Two block from shopping. Buses run past. Train station is there but a little more of a walk. Once a week cleaner for the common areas, toilets, and my ensuite. And one very big coffee machine(I like my coffee). I have two birds so you can't be scared of Birds, the form does not give me the option so I do not have either a cat or dog.
