Bus (Sir Fred Schonell drive) and ferry (Guyatt Park) short walking distance. Toowong shopping village (and train station), 20 min walk. 3 bedroom apartment. Master with ensuite (occupied), 2 rooms with shared bathroom. Good view balcony view. Large flat. Good location. Furnished living spaces, however it's leftover furniture. I'd be happy to get rid of it if someone wanted to bring their own couch/dining table whatever. A fair bit of the shelving units will go with the tenants leaving.
1 medium room has aircon, the smaller room has the garage space, hence equal rent. This can be adjusted however.
