This is a townhouses in Taigum. In the back corner of the complex which is a nice spot. The balcony off the office overlooks some bushland.
There is a woolies and Coles extremely close and a jetts gym.

Bills and expenses
I have water, electricity, gas and internet bills, plus a cleaner at the end of the tenancy.
But as the lease ends in mid May, I will continue to cover all bills.
If I decide to extend the lease with anyone from then, then we can split them.

I'm Melissa. I am 34yo and work full time for Queensland Health. I work half at home, half in the office, so I have an office space that anyone is welcome to add to (there is room for another desk). I am home quite a bit and go out with my dog twice a day and go to the gym some days. I do have some later nights out dancing (new to learning Latin dancing which is fun). I don't host parties at all. At most I have a friend in my house occasionally for a catch up, or my mum up from nsw lol. Usually I go elsewhere to meet up with people to socialise.
Just hoping to meet someone that fits in with me and my dog. He is an inside dog, and the number #1 priority, so he runs the show.
I also don't eat meat, I don't know if that is relevant, but thought I'd mention it.
And I have two overseas trips planned in the next 4 months, so I will be away for a few weeks.

I have an 8yo dog who lives inside. He is my number one, so if you don't like dogs, this is definitely not the home for you.
He is quiet and chill, only barks when defending the home (when someone knocks on the door).
