Looking for a responsible and friendly individual to join my household in Taigum,
I do like to keep my house clean but also I may look a bit disorganised.
Great and Quiet neighbourhood, Safe area,
Great friendly neighbours they are not always bothering you, but are there if I need them.
Off street parking
Own access to a fridge and pantry cupboard.
Storage space on shelving in garage.
Shared Amenities:
Full access to shared furniture, Electrical Appliances and kitchen items.
Internet access not included, but can make arrangements to share my internet.
Utility bills divided evenly approximately every 3 months
Move-in Date:
May 18.

$325 per week for two rooms, office space and a private bathroom

House Rules:

Social drinkers welcome.

You will have to purchase your own individual groceries and household items.
Additional Information:
Must be comfortable with dogs, I have a pet cavoodle and on rare occasions I may foster a dog for a week or two.

The location doesn’t get much traffic in the street only residents and visitors drive down it.
It is very quiet, with the occasional sirens off in the distance going down the freeway.
The location is perfectly situated between 2 shopping centres, one with Cole’s and Aldi and the other with Woolworths and Big W and other specialty shops as well as a doctor’s surgery and dentist clinic.
Parks are also nearby.
Public transport by bus is only 10 to 15 minute walk away. The closest train station is about 15 to 20 minutes by car.

I work as a personal carer at a residential age care place 1 to 3 days a week.
I enjoy playing board games, doing craft activities and putting jigsaw puzzles together. Also playing games on my phone/tablet.
I am a bombers supporter for the afl, and a knights supporter for rugby league.
I also like to follow New South Wales in the state of origin. But please don’t hold that against me.
I love going to rodeos and like country music and music from the 50’s to the 90’s, and some music from there on.
I love going to trivia nights and trying out new places to eat at.
I am a neat and tidy person who likes her own space but also happy to have a chat.
I would also prefer a working housemate, and will also accept a young responsibly working person. I will also accept retirees.
I am 56 years old, pretty easy going and good to get along with.
