I am a Masters student at UQ. I will be working pretty much full time and am looking for someone friendly, responsible, clean and low maintenance to rent out the second bedroom. I am looking for someone either studying full time or working full time. I am easy-going but enjoy living in a clean, peaceful and happy home. If you are not someone that likes to clean or be organised in the home, I don't think this is the place for you (respectfully).

I am looking for someone that is a happy to share jobs at home such as cleaning and helping to water the house plants and keep them alive. Looking for someone that regularly cleans and wipes something up immediately, instead of leaving it. I also am not looking for someone that brings home tons of people all the time, as I respect my privacy and am working full time. However, if you want to host a party, there is a common barbecue area on the third floor.
