About the occupants
I am a full time busy mum who works shiftwork. I have two older children full time ages 16 & 13. And l have a 2 year old part time. Tenent must be ok with some noise as could be expected from a family home although we are usually pretty quiet. We also have a dog that is happy to be the only pet in the house so unfortunately no other pets can be considered. Very friendly with people though.
Compatible people
I prefer someone who is fulltime or part-time employed. Female would be preferred but l would consider a male if it was the right person.
I dont mind having people around on the weekend when l am not working for a BBQ /swim and would be happy for the tenant to feel that they have the same options.
Smoking outside is ok.
Absolutely no illicit drugs will be tolerated.
