Description of the home

Our house is very new, the room is in extreme good condition with fluffy carpet and fully furnished desk, double bed and drawer.

*Sorry, no shoes in the house.

Its a two floor house, ground floor is the common area with kitchen, dinning table, 40" TV, couch and garden. Second floor is the room area, is where this room located.

The house is not crowded, so you can have your very own personal space and peacefulness.

Me, the owner is quite busy with my life and with my kid, so, there won't be any hassle or anyway
you seen me often at home, you will be quite free around the house.

The only need is to follow the house rule specifically, its not that much actually. And also share some house work (while clean up your area). And I don't speak fluent English, so you will have to tolerate my poor English as well. Very Appreciated.

3 minutes walk to the park
6 minutes walk to the bus stop, with Express 186,
185 to Garden City.

Surrounding:
- There is a Forest reserved next to our complex. So you can have a walk or bike ride in your leisure time.
- Also a big field of grass land and park for jogging.
- A pool and BBQ area available in the complex.
