Hey!
Currently looking for someone to take over my room in Crace towards the end of November. The room is $215/wk + bills. The house is all furnished except for the bedroom and includes outdoor gym, heaps of kitchen appliances, robot vacuum etc.
Current housemates are Rowan (28) - software engineer, Anthony (28) - currently studying and working in software engineering, and Angus (28) - Primary Teacher. They’re all really friendly and keep the house nice and clean. I’m 24 and the guys would be happy to live with someone slightly older/younger than them. Everyone likes to do their own thing but usually we will cook for each other once a week and have some friendly banter around dinner time.
In the floor-plan photo, the room being advertised is Bed 2.
