The location: Located in the heart of Gungahlin and within walking distance (less than 10 minutes) to Gungahlin Marketplace and public transport, making it easy to travel to the city (25 mins) and Belconnen (15 mins).

The apartment: The apartment is located in a secure high rise building with a free gym, pool and BBQ areas. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and although the kitchen and living room are fully furnished (including a tv + couch), your room will not be. There is also a heating and air conditioning unit in the main living area as well as a washer (but no dryer). There is also a balcony which lets in lots of natural light into the living area. There is no parking space available.

Your room: The room comes unfurnished and will fit a king single bed and a desk comfortably. There is also a queen bed (requires assembly, however) and mattress in storage, should you require it. The room also has a built-in wardrobe with a mirror and a window with plenty of natural light. You will share the main bathroom with one other housemate.
