I am Liam, a 28 year old guy who works night shift in security. I love dogs and am more than happy for pet owners to apply for a room :) that being said, the yard is not massive although there is an oval directly across the street.
I am relatively quiet and enjoy fitness and playing PC games, I don't throw big parties but don't mind if you want to have some people around from time to time.

I work as a shift worker, 6:30 - 6:30 (alternating days/nights). As tenants will be toward the front of the house off a private hallway, I do not need you to be excessively quiet, but would ask that you are mindful of noise levels in the common area if I am on night shift.
