Private bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet. Communal kitchen, laundry, living and dining rooms, always kept neat and tidy. Large outdoor deck, firepit and kayaks available. Close to bus stop, Gosford train station and Gosford Hospital. Lovely female hosts.
The space
The room is part of a 4 bedroom, split-level house, with large outdoor deck and gardens. The house backs onto Narara Creek and is next to a leafy green park. The neighbourhood is quite and peaceful and the house has a calm, tranquil vibe. The house is open-plan living with the kitchen, dining and lounge room on the lower level and bedrooms and bathrooms on the upper level.
Guest access
You will have your own private bedroom with queen bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. You will also have your own private bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet.

Access to the house is via the front door, which is actually on the side of the house and opens into the communal living area. There is an open hallway to your bedroom and bathroom.
