Bus stop outside and 10 minute walk to Gosford CBD and Station.

Plenty of street parking. Visitor parking is there if you need to drop off shopping etc, but please note: the unit only has one allocated space and it is in use.

Location is well suited for Local Uni Student or Hospital worker. I have had previous tenants use the house for just these reasons and am always happy to consider them, often being first time leaving home.

That being said all applicants are considered.

About the occupants
Owner is one of the housemates, the other is barely present. Both are easy going people, who are open and welcoming.

Owner Chris, Mid 30's, Self employed. Very easy going and relaxed, generally keep to my own room when home. Has no problem offering a lift to the shops or Uni if required and not busy. Will consider any request.

Apple, Chris' Partner, works full time, shy Thai girl. Keeps very much to herself when home, which is not very much due to her commute to Sydney
Compatible people
Honesty and respect, I don't mind disagreements as long as they are mature, everyone should be able to speak their mind after all. No Smoking/Drug household. Prefer students or local medical staff as the owner wishes to help those who may need the location for transport. But all are considered.
